I live in a very SMALL log home. My kitchen space is very limited. I do have a "pantry" in our "laundry room". Canned goods, boxed goods, towels, laundry soap etc,.. However, this space also includes the washer and dryer. Yep, closing the one and only door while thwe dryer is in use tends to over heat things. Thus....I have moved any and all bread produts into our "little kitchen pantry"..

Oh poop, I just need advice on organizing my counter tops in a VERY small kitchen.

I have no idea how to re-arrange things to be more effecent. I can not PAY for any advice. PERHAPS, I HAVE NOW BEEN PUT IN THE "GARBAGE PILE". If you are in fact a legal free information center, I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

GREAT post, Laurel. For real. I'm so excited to follow along, and I can attest to your readers that having clear counters and kitchen tables is CRUCIAL to cooking regularly. My counters and sink get cleaned (almost) everyday, and the only things on my counter are things I use daily to cook. It's worth taking the five or ten minutes a day to maintain. Can't wait for the next installment!
