I do not know how amazing I am, we do not always get to everything , I just use the lists to help us get more done than we would without them. Our first house was a townhouse, too. I miss it sometimes. I love being outside and playing in the dirt in the garden, but there is something to be said for not having to mow the yard. LOL! Thank you, April. I wish I could convince my hub to do this! We own, but it is a townhome....so there isn't much we can do to the outside. It took me years to get the ducts cleaned and to have the a/c unit checked. While I am thankful that there was nothing wrong, it didn't do much to help me convince him this needs to be an annual thing! You are amazing. I wish I could convince my hub to do this!
