Each series is written so that it can be accomplished separately from the others. Feel free to pick and choose the ones that interest you most. If you are just getting started, I recommend that you do them in the order they are listed. They will help build your confidence, self esteem, stamina, and momentum as you go.

We all have those times when our home is not a home, it is not even a house, it is just one gigantic mess. If you are ready to start claiming you home again, this series is a great place to start. It focuses on regular cleaning routines, exploring thoughts/actions that can perpetuate the mess including depression or by self sabotage, and resets the house so you are ready to move on to other things.

And the reason it is a personal journey? Because it is mostly made of diary type articles of the things I did to start putting our own home back together after several seemingly small events knocked me for a loop.

We are all a little different with various organizing needs. Each of the Scavenger Hunt Articles will offer a challenge that any of us can do periodically that will make a positive difference right now without a lot of time investment.

The point of these articles were to help you figure out how to handle all of the trash you already have in your home so that you would be better prepared for decluttering sessions later. Implementing some of these things will make a difference in your home and on your community impact.
